[Unpaid] What happens if I have long-term unpaid fees? (Forced Cancellation)

If your outstanding payments reach three months' worth, your membership will be forcibly terminated.

- The criterion for determination is the "number of months" (not days) in which the outstanding payments occurred.
- Forced termination will be processed immediately at the time the third month of non-payment occurs (on the first day of the month).
- Upon forced termination, the most recent month's payment out of the three months of outstanding payments will be waived (e.g., if payments for August, September, and October are outstanding, the October payment will be waived, and only the August and September payments will be billed).
Even after forced termination, you will receive reminders and payment instructions via email regarding any remaining outstanding payments.
