Facilities vary by store. Please refer to the Branch location pages for details of the services provided at each branch.

- *Desk bike services are only available at some locations.
- *Reservations through the app are required, except for use of training machines, desk bikes, and the workspace.
- *Except for the self-service laundry, each reservation slot is 20 minutes (up to two consecutive slots allowed). Each self-service laundry session is 60 minutes (can be used consecutively, but limited to two slots per day). Facilities and equipment may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other regular inspections.
The first month will be calculated on a pro-rating basis from the date of joining, so the monthly fee will be deducted at any time!

1.Payment Information
Upon completing your registration for chocoZAP, the total amount for the following items will be charged immediately:
• First month's fee(prorated by day) • Following month's fee(HKD$248)

2.Payments from the 2nd Month Onward
Your membership will automatically renew on the 1st of each month.
Example: Billing for April Membership Fee Auto-renewal occurs on April 1, and the payment for April's fee will be charged on April 1.
- *Please check with your credit card issuer for the exact statement posting date or deduction date.
3.Membership Cancellation
Monthly plans must be canceled at least one month in advance. If you apply for cancellation in or after the second month of your contract, your membership will terminate one month after completing the cancellation request.
Example1: if you apply to cancel on January 1, the final valid date of your contract will be January 31.
Example2: If you apply to cancel on September 9, your contract will successfully terminate on October 9.
