[Payment] Will I get a prorated refund upon cancellation?

As a general rule, we do not offer refunds (even if you cancel your membership during a paid billing cycle).
If you submit a cancellation request mid-month, no prorated refund will be issued for the remaining days of that month, and your access will remain valid until the end of the billing period.
