[Important]Notice of Service Termination and Terms of Use Changes

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your continuous support of chocoZAP.

Due to various reasons, chocoZAP will cease offering the membership gifts (exclusive starter kits) to new users after May 31. All monthly users who registered before May 31, 2025, are requested to collect their starter kits from our branches before June 30, 2025. Please note that there will be no reissue after the deadline, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Details are as follows:

■ Service termination: Membership gifts（starter kits)
■ Applicable to: Members who completed registration before May 31, 2025（including May 31）
■ Collection deadline: Before June 30, 2025

If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

Additionally, due to the termination of the membership gifts, we will be amending our Terms of Use effective June 1, 2025.

Changes include:
Article 24: Revision of clauses related to membership gifts.
Article 25: Revision of clauses related to membership gifts.

We are currently considering new services or systems to replace the membership gifts.

Once the details are finalized, we will notify you separately.
