(Updated: July 27) [Notice from Management] Regarding Improvements to Store Environment

Thank you for your continued support of chocoZAP.

We are committed to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all members. However, we have recently received valuable feedback and comments from members regarding equipment malfunctions and cleanliness conditions at certain locations.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this may have caused.

To ensure that all members can enjoy a safe and comfortable training experience, we are currently strengthening our efforts in equipment repair and replacement, as well as enhancing our cleaning and hygiene management.

We would like to provide the following update on our recent actions.

■ Recent Repair and Cleaning Updates

We are currently carrying out repairs and maintenance on equipment that has been reported as malfunctioning.
The following issues have already been addressed:

<Completed between July 20  and July 26>

・[Taikoo Branch] Clogged toilet — Resolved
・[Sham Shui Po] Clogged toilet — Resolved, but minor issues persist
・[Kowloon City Branch] Air conditioner leaking — Resolved

Repairs and maintenance for other branches and equipment are also being arranged and will be carried out as soon as possible.

We will continue to provide updates on repair progress through this announcement.

■ Hygiene Initiatives (Management of Machine Cleaning Towels)
Machine cleaning towels are currently available at all branches. (The previous wet wipes have been discontinued.)
To ensure that members can use these towels with confidence, we are reviewing replacement frequency and further strengthening our hygiene management practices.

We kindly ask all members to help maintain a pleasant training environment by wiping down equipment with the clean towels provided after use so that the next member may also enjoy a comfortable workout experience.
