[Cancellation] What is the cancellation deadline, and when does it take effect?

To cancel your membership, you must submit a request at least one month prior to your desired cancellation date (the same day of the month preceding your desired date).

You can choose any date from one month after the request date as your cancellation date.

<Example> If you submit a cancellation request on June 25th, you can choose a cancellation completion date of July 25th or later.

If you choose a cancellation date in the middle of the month, you will be charged a prorated amount up to the cancellation date on the 1st of the month.
